Job Purpose:
Responsible for preparing payroll accounts, accounts payable, accounts receivable and basic accounting and personnel duties and reports.
Primary Responsibilities:
Prepare payroll, payroll taxes, quarterly and annual reports, unemployment reports , verifies payroll deductionsCompletes accounts payable and accounts receivablePrepares documents for auditors, payments for pension contributionsTracks employee vacation, sick time and medical allowancesEnrolls new employees in life and short term disability coverageReconciles rent and tenant security deposits accounts and all bank accountsPrepares and reviews monthly budget reportsPays mortgages and maintains and reconciles reserve and tax accountsPerforms other related duties as assignedMust maintain confidentiality in all aspects of this position?Qualifications:
* Education: Associate Degree or equivalent experience *
* Experience: Experience with accounts receivable and payable, knowledge of payroll and payroll accounts*
Other Qualifications:
Basic computer knowledgeKnowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office products
