Description

　　Robert Half is currently seeking a Bookkeeper for a distribution company in the Miami area.

　　Overview of duties:

　　Handled multiple account reconciliations

　　Will handled chargebacks and returns

　　posting journal entries and coding to the general ledger

　　processing payments

　　Matching, batching and coding invoices

　　Collecting on past due payments and setting up payment arrangements

　　Bachelor of Accounting, FInance or related field

　　Microsoft Excel - intermediate

　　Experience with ERP system or Quickbooks

　　2+ Years of accounting experience or internship
