Rydell Auto Center is seeking a Body Shop Metal Technician.  The technician performs metal repairs, including disassembling bumper covers and door covers, draining and refilling vehicle fluids, draining and recharging AC systems, and determining if a panel can be repaired or needs replacement. Responsibilities * Stay up to date on the latest repair methods and techniques for the vehicles sold and serviced by the dealership * Perform all metal repairs according to estimate  * Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy * Examine vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required * Advise Body Shop Manager if additional work is needed * Operate all equipment in Body Shop in a safe and productive manner * Maintain his stall in an orderly and clean manner * Use discretion in using company materials and supplies * Ensure customer’s cars are kept clean * Document all work performed as soon as the job is completed Qualifications * Be at least 18 years of age * 1-2 years of prior body work or shop experience  * Must be able to pass a background check and drug test * High School Diploma or equivalent We are an equal opportunity employer.
