Summary: Is designated as the quality manager for the Bone Marrow Transplant Program. Prepares for and participates in audits and inspections conducted by various cooperative groups and regulatory bodies . Coordinates/oversees the multi-disciplinary quality management meetings. Coordinates and manages data collection, and prepares reports using established protocols.

　　Education: In addition to the skills normally obtained through completion of a High School education, must also be a graduate of an approved Advanced degree program within the allied health field. Shall participate in a minimum of ten (10) hours of educational activities related to bone marrow transplantation programs, coordination of care, and/or quality management, on an annual basis.

　　Experience: 3-5 years of data collection experience or equivalent with exposure to research protocols. Medical Terminology required, Oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, Microsoft Office and knowledge of Microsoft Access. Familiarity with regulatory guidelines for Bone Marrow transplantation, including but not limited the Foundation for the Accreditation of Cellular Therapy (FACT).

May be exposed to disagreeable odors, sights, bodily waste, or infectious diseases. Attends all safety related training programs.
