　　Responsibilities

　　Position Summary:

　　The Birth Certificate Clerk is responsible for the processing of Birth Certificates and required documents related to birth protecting the confidentiality of protected health information. (PHI) other duties/responsibilities as assigned.

　　Qualifications

　　Minimum Required:

　　Experience with Birth Certificate processing.

　　Education:

　　HSD/GED or 2 years equivalent work experinece.

　　Preferred:

　　At least one year experience with secretarial and/or medical records experience. Ability to read write and speak Spanish.

　　Pay Range

　　$21.98 - $27.68 / hour
