　　St. Luke's is seeking a Billing/Recovery Specialist 1 in Boise, Idaho!

　　Must be located in Idaho or Oregon.

　　The Billing/Recovery Specialist is responsible for providing support in the functional areas of Revenue Cycle which includes Billing, Reimbursement and Insurance Recovery. This person ensures adherence to company policies, procedures, and related government regulations.

　　They help us support our most valuable asset: our patients!

　　**Have you ever worked in Revenue Cycle

　　This is a full time, professional position. We hold our employees to a high standard of professionalism as they interact with our patients and third party insurance companies.

　　Understanding of how to work a Work Queue

　　Task/goal/deadline oriented

　　Ability to maintain confidentiality

　　High level of professionalism when working with insurance companies and patients

　　Phone skills - ability to clearly and calmly communicate over the phone

　　Good writing skills in email communication

　　Responsibilities

　　Under direct supervision, performs basic, routine duties of limited scope and complexity.

　　Performs standardized and routine tasks.

　　Resolves routine questions and problems and refers more complex issues to higher levels.

　　May audit and proof claim/reports for accuracy and conformance to departmental, government and company regulations.

　　May assist in special projects.

　　Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
