　　KPMG is currently seeking a Billing Tax Technician to join our Global Mobility Services (GMS) (https://tax.kpmg.us/services/global-mobility.html) practice.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Coordinate with Engagement Management Coordinators (EMCs) on folder creation, maintain specific folder structure, upload all required documents, review monthly ensuing all documents are uploaded

　　Engagement code monitoring, checking for stale codes, codes to close

　　Maintain client information list

　　Join meetings to take notes, keep minutes, capture deliverables

　　Collaboration site management and access administration

　　Assistance with client meeting / conference planning

　　Qualifications:

　　Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field from an accredited college/university

　　Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; SharePoint experience is preferred, Alteryx experience

　　Demonstrates ability to execute a quality work product

　　Precise attention to details and meets assigned deliverable deadlines

　　Strong great writing skills and analytical skills

　　Time management, client service, teaming, organizational and problem-solving skills
