Description

　　Robert Half is currently working with a client looking to fill a Billing Clerk position. As the Billing Clerk you will create invoices, credit memos, update accounting records, customer information, and send payment reminders. This may be the role for you if you are a dynamic Billing Clerk with excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills.

　　Responsibilities

　　Collect payments (online payments, cash, etc.) and check for accuracy

　　Manage journal entries of adjustments to billings

　　Assist customers and handle billing complaints

　　Follow up with vendor/client requests

　　Maintain accuracy in billing data, correcting any errors

　　Keep all customer account information up to date and manage any problems

　　Manage payment reminders and contact customers if needed

　　Construct reports to company's executives and senior managers

　　Update accounting records with new payments, balances, customer information etc.

　　Prepare all information needed for bills receivable calculation

　　Send out bills and invoices to customers via available channels (physically or via email or another digital system)

　　Communicate with vendors/clients regarding billing adjustments

　　Issue periodical customer account statements

　　The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $72,000.

　　Requirements

　　Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills

　　High school diploma or equivalent is required. Associates Degree preferred.
