　　Investigate, process, and evaluate bills or invoices for services rendered

　　Evaluate billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, obtain missing or correct data when necessary

　　Institute financial procedures and controls

　　Work closely with other functional teams to ensure data quality and accuracy Requirements - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

　　Efficient in spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems

　　Knowledge of AIA Billing

　　Comprehensive knowledge of billing

　　Strong familiarity with Invoice

　　Code Invoices experience

　　Demonstrated knowledge of Invoice Coding

　　Adeptness in Enter Invoices

　　General familiarity with Invoice Approvals

　　Practical knowledge of Enter Vendor Invoices

　　Customer invoices experience

　　Experience with high volume data entry

　　Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

　　2+ years of experience in a related role
