Branch Hours Monday - Thursday: 9AM - 5PM Friday:9AM - 6PM Saturday: 9AM - 1PM Sunday: Closed NATURE AND SCOPE: Thisposition will report to the Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Managerand will overall be responsible for actively promoting and sellingLandmark Credit Union\'s banking products and services and performingTeller duties. This position will be working with members on openingvarious accounts, completion and processing of loan applications, andbasic member service duties such as CD redemptions, accepting wireinstructions and performing all types of cash handling / tellertransactions. REQUIREMENTS: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2.Minimum of one-year previous teller experience within retail banking.Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.3. Demonstrated ability to refer or cross-sell products and/or priorsales experience preferred. 4. Prior knowledge or the ability to quicklylearn banking products including their benefits and features. 5. Musthave experience or be able to gain proficiency in all programs andsystems used for this job. 6. Excellent verbal and written communicationskills, problem solving skills, organizational skills and the ability towork independently. 7. Must have or be able to attain National MortgageLicensing System registration (NMLS#). 8. Must develop a thoroughunderstanding of company policies and procedures as they relate to thisposition. Must comply with all company policies and procedures and alljob-related State and federal laws and regulations. 9. Ability to standfor long periods of time. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Learn andbecome skilled at opening all forms of deposit accounts, including IRAand HSAs vehicles. 2. Learn to proficiently perform loan interviewing.3. Sell debt protection and cross-sell other credit union services. 4.Gain proficiency with credit scoring and analysis. 5. Will learn the useof the Credit Guide Scoring System to help evaluate...
