No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceedyour goals! Our part time Retail Sales Consultants earn between $14.76 - $16.78 hourly + $13,700 in commissions when sales goals are met. Our Part-Time Retail Sales Consultants working 20-24 hours per week earn an average of $30,725 per year in total compensation. With our uncapped commission opportunities, overachieving those goals earn top sellers $53,364 p er year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
