CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS1.SOCIAL CONTENT PLANNING AND EXECUTIONResponsible for the planning, creative, development and coordination of branded Spanish-language social media and digital properties to support Sherwin-Williams' audience segments across Paint Stores Group.This role will focus on facilitating social media marketing initiatives that build Sherwin-Williams' brand awareness, customer loyalty and increase sales opportunities by generating compelling, informative, and entertaining content in Spanish to be shared across all PSG social media channels.Work with cross functional teams (marketing, marketing communications, legal, creative services, agencies) to bring ideas to life to enhance our overall customer experience on a variety of Sherwin-Williams social and digital channels. This could include social channels that speak to audiences of homeowners, painting professionals, interior designers and more.2. CONTENT SUPPORTDiscovery of and sharing of user-generated (UGC) content.Content and social media publishing support as needed. This could include copywriting for internal documents, ad copy, blog posts, websites, etc.3. COMMUNITY AND REPUTATION MANAGEMENTMonitor and respond to comments, messages, posts, mentions, and tagged posts in Spanish and English across all Sherwin-Williams DIY and Pro channels, including the Sherwin-Williams LinkedIn Showcase page, using the designated tool(s).Foster relationships and escalate issues to district offices, stores, and internal stakeholders.Encourage the use of #SWColorLove, respond to product/color questions, and address customer service-related issues. Identify Instagram stories that can be shared to SW Instagram accounts. This may include blogger panel, influencer/ brand partnerships or DIYers using our products and colors.Review and respond to questions and comments using WordPress for Sherwin-Williams blog, Tinted. Actively keep up with industry and social media channel changes to provide recommendations to improve processes, content and overall customer experience.Manage and execute responses to reviews on Google, Facebook, Yelp, and Review Builder for PSG in the U.S. and Canada, in English, and Spanishvia Chatmeter.POSITION REQUIREMENTSFORMAL EDUCATION:Required:Bachelor's degree or relevant experienceBachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, New Media, Public Relations, English, Journalism or related fields.Preferred:Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, New Media, Public Relations, English, Journalism or related fields.KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:Required:1-2 years experience in a social media, marketing, content creation, or creative/copywriting role preferred.Fluent in Spanish and English.Familiarity with social media management tools - experience with Sprout Social is a plus in addition to Bazaarvoice Social Commerce (previously Curalate) and Airtable.Very strong writing and proofreading skills and understanding of content strategy.Fluent in and passionate about social channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok and additional/new digital platforms as they emerge.Excellent organization skills, with an ability to adhere to strict deadlines and prioritize multiple duties that are assigned simultaneously.
