　　Salary Range: Up to $19.00 hourly + benefits

　　The above represents the expected hourly pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.

　　Responsibilities

　　In addition to delivering extraordinary service on calls in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment, you may:

　　Process credit card payments over the phone or via Storefront for new and existing customers.

　　Provide excellent care

　　Assist with any customer issues

　　Document any phone calls and actions in the data base.

　　Perform opening and closing duties of Storefront lobby.

　　Maintain concentration and focus in order to meet performance goals.

　　Maintain good working relationship with assigned supervisors and coworkers.

　　Have computer technology savviness with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs, while simultaneously providing Best-In-Class Customer Experience speaking to customers over the phone

　　Qualifications

　　What We Look for in a Candidate:

　　18 years or older

　　High School Diploma or GED

　　Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions.

　　Superb attendance, so you can be there when our customers need us.
