　　Part-Time Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (4:00pm-7:00 pm)

　　Responsible for implementing behavior-analytic services for assigned pediatric clients in our Hartford office.

　　 Provide outreach services to children and families

　　 Consult with team members to implement individualized services for assigned clients

　　 Conduct visits with clients and relevant collaterals in natural environments according to the needs of the child and family

　　 Maintain client records completely and accurately to include:

　　Documentation of forms and regulations regarding intake and discharge of clients

　　 Complete billing documentation according to schedule established by the clinic

　　 Adhere to professional standards and guidelines according to respective disciplines and relevant certification

　　 Maintain daily contact with program during normal business hours

　　 Keep supervisor informed of progress of all clients

　　 Meet performance expectations based on part time or full time status, as designated

　　 Adhere to provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 119, Section 51A (Mandated Reporter); report all occurrences immediately to the program director

　　 Adhere to clinical recommendations from clinical administration

　　 Maintain confidentiality in all clinical matters

　　 Participate in team meetings, supervision and in-service training as required

　　 Participate in program development and team goals

　　 Other duties as required

　　Qualifications:

　　Associate or Bachelor's Degree required

　　Preferred experience in related field

　　Exceptional communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport quickly

　　A good listener with an ability to empathize while still providing guidance
