　　Behavior Trainer - 1st shift: Full time - \$14.35-\$15.35/hr (othershifts available up to \$17.00/hr). We arelooking for caring and motivated people to support individuals withintellectual disabilities, mental illness, and other emotional,behavioral, and medical complexities. Behavior Trainer responsibilitiescould include supporting sensory needs, maintaining a structuredenvironment, building trusting relationships, coaching and supportingpeople who may exhibit aggressive behaviors, personal care and hygieneassistance, mentoring/teaching, going on community outings, andactivities. Includes a great paid training program, Full time positionsM-F 8a-4p plus overtime if you\'re available. Immediately hiring. EOE

　　Requirements for Behavior Trainer:

　　Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities,autism spectrum disabilities, mental illness, and/or co-occurringdiagnosis.

　　Experience with verbal de-escalation strategies, setting boundaries, andworking with individuals who exhibit aggressive behaviors.

　　Valid High school diploma or accredited GED.

　　Valid drivers license and good driving record

　　Dependable vehicle

　　Good written and verbal communication skills

　　Must be able to lift 50 lbs or of own body weight, whichever is less
