　　Woodhaven is a voluntary, adult AoD residential treatment center located near downtown Dayton. Woodhaven provides a warm, caring environment that centers on empowering clients to overcome obstacles in their lives caused by substance abuse.

　　Part-time weekends - Saturday and Sunday

　　Full-time - 3rd shift, 2nd shift

　　New rate of pay $15.25 for all shifts.

　　Job Description

　　Gathering clients for activities to include meals, physical fitness, group activities, outings, supervise clients, assure clients are accounted for regularly throughout the shift.

　　Maintains supplies to the program.

　　Ensures client safety.

　　Assists clients with activities of daily living.

　　Orients new clients with activities of daily living.

　　Must obtain company provided CPR certification

　　Respond to any emergency codes.
