The employee isresponsible for operation of the beet color equipment and any associatedduties with beet color production. Responsibilities: Operate, monitorand document all aspects of equipment operation. Perform, monitor anddocument all aspects of sanitation for equipment. Pull product samplesas needed. Work with Quality staff and make adjustments to equipment toensure product quality. Perform and maintain record keeping on line.Perform any necessary maintenance to the beet color equipment.
