　　A day in the life…

　　Offer hands-on cosmetics and facial consultations

　　Use product knowledge and selection to provide exceptional service to customers and build your sales

　　Build lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases, suggest new merchandise and remind them of upcoming events

　　Perform daily department maintenance tasks including stock work, re-merchandising, display, price markdowns, merchandise transfers and light cleaning

　　You own this if you have…

　　Demonstrated knowledge of comprehensive esthetician techniques required; previous cosmetics sales experience preferred

　　Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with clients and coworkers

　　Competitive drive and entrepreneurial confidence to succeed in a commission-based environment

　　Proof of all required licensing by the state

　　The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.

　　Washington $23.35 - $24.30 Hourly

　　This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more. 　　At Nordstrom, the commission most selling employees receive varies based on the merchandise they sell. Apparel, shoes, and accessories sales typically range from 3% to 14.5%. The commission Beauty and Men’s Fragrance sales roles typically receive is 3%.
