You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing ML models, training data and model-serving systems. Your expertise in ML/AI, ML Ops and various data tools will be critical to our data-driven decision-making process.Key Responsibilities:

　　ML Model Development: Develop, implement, and maintain machine learning models based on ideas developed with business leaders and the technology team

　　Feature Design: Work with business leaders and the technology team to determine the best features to use for the development of new ML models

　　Training Data: Curate, clean and improve training data through data analysis, cleaning, and transformation

　　Coding: Write and optimize training and serving code to ensure that our machine learning investments meet the needs of the business and improve over time

　　ML Ops: Manage the cycle of machine learning models to ensure that new insights are incorporated into existing models and model performance in production is meeting business needs

　　Automation: Ensure that ML development is performed using automation tools to improve team efficiencies

　　Machine Learning Integration: Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to integrate machine learning models into data pipelines and applications

　　Cloud Services: Leverage Azure services, including Azure ML, Azure Function Apps, and other cloud technologies to optimize data processes and ensure scalability

　　Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field

　　3 years of experience in ML/AI engineering or a related role

　　Technical Skills:

　　Proficiency in coding, with a strong emphasis on Python and SQL

　　Solid experience with database platforms and technologies, including MS-SQL Server, other SQL databases

　　Familiarity with python packages commonly used in ML and AI

　　Knowledge of Azure ML and machine learning concepts

　　Experience working with Azure services and cloud technologies

　　Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex data sets

　　Proficiency in data modeling and database design

　　Familiarity with common ML/AI models and their applications

　　Familiarity with ML Ops and building systems at scale

　　Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively

　　Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

　　Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

　　Willingness to stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
