　　Days POSITION HIGHLIGHTS The individual in this role lead a high volume espresso location. We serve Starbucks' coffee and scratch made food. The right candidate will have great customer service skills and a desire to see the business grow. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Prepare and serve coffee and espresso

　　Weigh, prepare, and serve meals

　　Participate in cleaning work area and equipment

　　Take cash payment for meals and drinks

　　Operate cooking, espresso and kitchen equipment

　　Assist in maintaining daily stock of work area and weekly inventory

　　Regularly assign, instruct and check the work of others REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Possession of, or eligible to obtain a Washington State Food Worker Card within two weeks of employment AND one year of experience preparing and serving food and beverage or equivalent education/experience.
