　　AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimisticBaristaat the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, located in University City, Philadelphia, PA. The Barista will work at the Starbucks location in the hospital serving visitors, hospital staff, and guests. Full time positions available; weekends required.

　　Rate of pay begins at $17.04/hour; receive two additional wage increases within your first year of work! 　　Create and serve chilled and hot beverages such as coffee, cappuccinos, espresso, lattes and fruit-blended drinks

　　Demonstrate creative thinking by suggesting alternative procedures to work flow or possible areas of improvement to immediate manager

　　Maintain a level of excellence through great service and small-talk with each customer you assist

　　Maintain clean, neat, and orderly cash atmosphere, counter and prep area

　　Greet your customers as soon as they are spotted at the counter

　　Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Starbucks.

　　Anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues
