　　The Role:

　　The Sailmaker is a large, 272-seat dining destination with views of Darling Harbour. The Restaurant serves an incredible buffet breakfast that would rival the best in Sydney.

　　Your main responsibility as a Barista will be making all types of coffee in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining the standard & accuracy of the coffees throughout shift.

　　Our Ideal Candidate will possess:

　　A passion for service

　　Ability to produce coffees with speed and accuracy

　　Latte Art

　　Barista experience and knowledge

　　Current NSW RSA

　　Full Australian Working rights

　　Availability to work a 7 day rotating roster
