JOB SUMMARY:
As a Barista in our Honolulu location, you will be a vital part of our team, delivering exceptional service to guests in a friendly and efficient manner. Your role includes handling guest orders, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent; experience in a foodservice field preferred.Physical requirements:
Flexible schedule with the ability to work long hours if required.Medium work: Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 20 pounds frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects.Ability to stand during the entire shift and maneuver throughout the dining area while carrying full traysDUTIES & FUNCTIONS:
Fundamental Requirements:
Be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to all guests and colleagues.Process guests' orders and payments according to standards.Perform opening and closing checklists and side work efficiently.In-depth knowledge of coffee drinks, beverages, and the entire food menu.Prepare beverages with attention to mixing, portion control, and presentation.Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, including bar and lounge.Carry out cashiering functions and assist in maintaining beverage cost.Stock, wash, and polish glassware; check soda tanks; assist in table cleaning.HOW TO APPLY:
