　　Bandsaw Set-Up Operator - 1st Shift (M-F 7:00AM - 3:30PM)

　　Hourly Payrate:

　　$20.50

　　What You’ll Do

　　Operate, change over, adjust, troubleshoot, and clean machines and equipment as needed while maintaining proper flow of product to meet service level goals

　　Maintain a safe work environment for yourself and other associates, exemplifying 6S principals

　　Ensure all products meet specifications, maintain quality standards of product following quality assurance on FPI

　　Perform adjustments to the machines & equipment as needed

　　Properly fill out all documentation and labels

　　Properly handle all scrap, rework, and mixed product

　　Perform other duties as assigned

　　High School Diploma or GED preferred

　　Ability to use and operate basic tools, equipment, & gages

　　Basic computer and math skills

　　Prior experience in machine operation

　　Light physical effort required, equivalent to lifting, pushing, pulling 30 pounds or more

　　Ability to read and write English; understand and comprehend instructions for safety and quality

　　Flexibility to work overtime
