　　About The OpportunityThe Warehouse I - Bailer ensures that wastepaper is segregated and baled, and loaded correctly.Demonstrate commitment to safety and perform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and proceduresDemonstrate commitment to quality and perform job duties in adherence to GMP guidelines Monitor wastepaper program as defined by Area ManagerOperate safely and within standards manual baler, auto-tie evacuated baler and down-stroke balerPerform machine inspections by shift Operate Power Industrial Equipment (PIT) safely Class 1, 3, & 4Off-load skids of wastepaper sheets into baler or band skids as neededTie off bales coming from manual and down-stroke balersRetrieve and empty bins within plants at the balers following wastepaper program standardsLoad bales and skids onto appropriate trailers as specified by wastepaper programGenerate accurate bills of lading and packing listsMonitor other associates dumping trash to assure compliance with wastepaper programPerform by shift (PIT) inspections of all pieces of equipment in the departmentMonitor broken trailers, coordinate trailer switches daily with Warehouse Group Leader and update waste sheets dailyMaintain inside dock area and outside dock area (after every trailer switch) to ensure that it is safe and clean at all timesRearrange dock area for open space when neededSwitch bales on the baler when fullPlay an active role in the cleanliness of the assigned work areaUnderstand department communication systems, schedules, time/attendance system and job reporting requirementsActively participate in lean manufacturing initiativesPerform other duties as assigned by management/supervisorsTwo companies, one vision.Menasha Corporation consists of two companies that are leading the way to a sustainable future with packaging and supply chain solutions.
