　　Required Qualifications

　　• Excellent writer, editor and communicator

　　• Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills

　　• Adept at business intelligence

　　• Adept at collaboration and teamwork

　　• Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills; versatile and adaptable

　　• Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills

　　• Microsoft Office/365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

　　• Adobe Acrobat - Editing and tracking changes to PDFs

　　• 3-5 years of Project management experience - Able to manage and execute complex communication projects on time; comfortable juggling multiple projects with competing deadlines

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　• Medicare experience

　　• 3-5 years of B2B communications experience

　　• Experience building emails with programs like Mailchimp

　　• Data analysis to determine metrics, stats, trends (ability to use pivot tables)

　　• Experience working with creative agencies

　　• Experience working in highly-matrixed organizations

　　• Experience managing and modifying email distribution lists

　　Education

　　Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

　　Pay Range

　　The typical pay range for this role is:

　　$63,300.00 - $136,500.00

　　This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
