About AWS Cloud Architect Practice Leader, AWSI-STRAT

  Description

At AWS, we’re looking for an experienced leader to lead one of our Cloud Architect and Security, Risk and Compliance professional services delivery teams. We are looking for a Practice Manager with a successful record of leading enterprise customers through a variety of transformative projects, and the experience to lead a high-impact team of cloud and security engineers.

  Key job responsibilities

Are you passionate to build and lead Secure Cloud Solution Implementations? Do you love building high impact teams that deliver outstanding results? Do you have broad technical skills and experience across multiple security domains such as Identity and Access Management, Incident Response, Data Protection, Infrastructure Security, DevSecOps, and Compliance? Can you build and lead a team of Cloud Architects and Security Engineers and Advisors?

As a Practice Manager, you will engage cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer solutions leveraging AWS services and build strategic solutions and re-useable assets, and lead a team of builders to raise the bar on security engagements. You will also lead internal initiatives to improve the way Professional Services engages with customers and delivers results. You will package, publish and share our best practices, secure operating principles, and repeatable offerings with our partner community, and extended global team. You will work to ensure we are implementing operational best practices internally, and applying AWS Architecture Design and Security Best Practices externally. You will help build and manage a team of Cloud Architect and Security experts with deep technical knowledge, and assist with the non-technical administrative work such as people management processes and changes.
