PositionOverview The AV and Event Services Engineer is responsible for providingtechnical support for audio-visual systems, including setup,configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance. To Ensure seamlessoperation of AV equipment in meeting rooms, conference rooms, and eventspaces. As an AV & Event Services Engineer, your key goal is to maintainthe various audio and video systems throughout Exact Sciences\'facilities. Essential Duties Include, but are not limited to, thefollowing: Provide technical support for audio-visual systems, includingsetup, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of AV equipmentin event spaces. Collaborate with event organizers to understandtechnical requirements and provide support during events, conferences,and meetings. Set up and operate AV equipment for presentations,webinars, and live events. Primary contact responsible for the operationof all AV systems in event spaces. Train employees on how to use AVequipment effectively in event spaces. Provide user guides ordocumentation to help them navigate the equipment and software. Workwith key stakeholders to understand business needs involving AVsolutions in event spaces. Collaborate with event organizers tounderstand technical requirements and provide support during events,conferences, and meetings. Stay up to date with the latest AV technologytrends and recommend equipment upgrades or new installations to improveevent space capabilities. Work independently with little oversight anddirection. Ensure user adoption of AV solutions in event spaces, drivingbusiness value from technology investments. Perform regular equipmentmaintenance and minor repairs on AV equipment. Ability to adapt tochanging technology and event requirements. Ability to lift 40 pounds.Ability and means to travel between Madison locations.
