LinQuest has an opportunity provide executive support for the Space Warfighting and Analysis Center (SWAC). You will provide support to the Chief Executives leading Multi-Domain Sensing (MDSP).
As Executive Support for MDSP, you will report directly to the MDSP leadership and assist them to optimize the day-to-day operations of MDSP. You will be aware of and able to answer questions about MDSP responsibilities and projects and support optimization of the office’s daily business practices and interactions with stakeholders and SWAC personnel in Reston, VA and Albuquerque, NM.
Manage the MDSP Directors’ and Deputy Directors’ dynamic daily calendar and travel schedule, interfacing with senior officers/executives from multiple military commands and intelligence agencies, and facilitating communication between MDSP senior executives and staff
Schedule meetings and events to maximize the MDSP Directors’ and senior leaders’ time; identify meeting participants, subject matter experts (SMEs) and required materials to thoroughly address the issue(s), produce solutions, direct further study, or re-vector the effort
Arrange travel plans for the MDSP senior leadership, using the Defense Travel System (DTS), to find and book flights, lodging, and ground transportation to meet mission requirements
Prepare travel vouchers in the DTS following trips and perform records management and gather or develop all necessary paperwork/documentation in support of MDSP senior executive travel
Ensure the Directors are thoroughly prepared for each event on their schedule, to include scheduling preparation time, providing read-ahead materials, biographies of participants, subject matter experts, and arranging advanced meetings, as required
Prepare correspondence, handle information requests, and perform functions such as answering phone calls, organizing and scheduling meetings and VTCs, arranging conference calls, receiving and escorting visitors, writing meeting minutes as required, making copies and managing functions such as mail, courier service, records management, etc.
Track and manage work tasks and action items using USSF’s Task Management System (TMT)
Assist in organizing and managing extensive volumes of data in organization share drives
Perform broad office duties such as ordering supplies, retrieving and filing MDSP documents and receiving, sorting and distributing incoming correspondence.
Assist security personnel with security clearance verification, building access, data transfers, processing visit requests, etc. as required
Travel occasionally to CONUS and OCONUS locations upon government direction
Other duties as required/requested by the Government within the constraints of the S3 contract
Work is performed on site at The Aerospace Corporation, 7250 Getting Heights, Colorado Springs, CO, 80916
Ability to travel up to 10% at the request of the Government
Required Skills/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Operations, Finance or a related discipline
5 or more years of relevant experience providing executive administrative support within a Department of Defense, Missile Defense Agency, or Intelligence Community organization
Proven work experience supporting Senior Executives in classified environments
Strong interpersonal and communications skills (via phone, email and in-person) with ability to work collaboratively and effectively in fast-pace environment
Exceptional writing skills and ability to effectively communicate with senior government leaders
Proficient with security processes/procedures (e.g., document marking/handling, generating and transmitting classified visit requests) in TS/SCI and SAP environment and capable of opening/closing MDSP office spaces
Strong experience with office management procedures, equipment and information management systems such as on-line calendars, USSF Task Management Tool (TMT), security clearance visit request information systems, etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Exceptional professionalism and strong experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information
US Citizenship and an active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance and be agreeable to polygraph
Compensation:
Starting salary ranges from $75,000 to $80,000 depending on relevant experience and qualifications.Why LinQuest?
