REPORTS TO: Office Manager                                                                   POSITION TYPE: Full-time PAY RANGE: $16.00 - $19.00 POSITION SUMMARY: Deal Title/Contract position is responsible for review, breakdown, distribution, and processing of retail vehicle sales transaction paperwork in multiple systems.  Also responsible for processing other items related to vehicle inventory and vehicle sales, as well as record related entries in accounting system.  Workday is generally self-directed but will have minimum essential duties that are completed each day.  POSITION REQUIREMENTS: * High school diploma or equivalent  * Ability to work independently as well as with a team * High level of organization and attention to detail * Independent problem-solving ability * Ability to read, speak and write English in order to fulfill job functions in an understandable way * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Review/breakdown/distribution of retail vehicle sale transaction paperwork including processing title and registration in CVR system and preparing package for processing by indirect lender * Process wholesale vehicle transactions * Process curb purchases * Process auction purchases * Process dealer trade vehicle transactions * Process funding on indirect lending receivables * Process courtesy deliveries * Weekly review of Vehicle Settlement Schedule * Comply with all DeNooyer Chevrolet policies and procedures OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensure the work and customer areas are kept clean * Take advantage of GM and DMS training when available * Must maintain a professional image and positively represent DeNooyer Chevrolet * All other duties as assigned * Relating positively with diverse groups of people (customers and staff) PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: * Ability to sit at a computer in an office setting for 6-8 hours per day     DeNooyer Chevrolet offers services and employment opportunities without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, height, weight, marital status, disability, veteran status, citizenship, or any other legally protected characteristic.
