You will be responsible for the setting up and testing of heatexchanger products in our Structural Test Laboratory. You will beresponsible for providing reliable and timely testing in accordance withwritten Laboratory Work Orders and validated test methods as prescribedin the Racine Tech Center Quality Management System. Structural TestLaboratory: The primary activity of this laboratory is used to assessdurability and reliability of components and assemblies under a varietyof loading scenarios. Tests include pressure cycle, thermal cycle,single-axis vibration, multi-axis vibration, hydrostatic burst test,cold aging, and field data acquisition. Key Responsibilities: Setuptests per Laboratory Work Order (LWO) (debug test equipment,instrumentation and data acquisition systems) Perform tests per LWOaccording to the written work instructions.
