　　As a full-time member of the AAA Car Care team, we can offer you:

　　Tire & Lube Technicians: A starting wage up to $18.00/hr, depending on experience

　　Repair Technicians/Mechanics: A competitive flat rate dependent on experience and position level. The more you turn, the more you earn!

　　A Technicians: $24.00 - $39.00/hr Flat Rate; 30 Billable Hour Guarantee Per Week

　　B Technicians: $21.00 - $35.00/hr Flat Rate; 20 Billable Hour Guarantee Per Week

　　C Technicians: $17.00 - $27.00/hr Flat Rate; 20 Billable Hour Guarantee Per Week

　　Repair Technicians/Mechanics can also take advantage of our Productivity Incentive Bonus that gives you the potential to earn up to an additional $1,100 per month!

　　All full-time techs working back shop are scheduled a total of 5 days each week, with Mondays, Friday & Saturdays typically required. You’ll get Sundays off each week, and another day during the week off dependent on business need.

　　What you will do on the AAA Team:

　　Tire & Lube Technicians:

　　Perform the following repairs/maintenance tasks: oil changes, fluid flush and replacement, visual vehicle inspection, belt and hose replacement, battery testing and replacement, and general automotive repairs.

　　Mount, balance, and install tires. Maintain knowledge of general automotive skills, and continue to develop additional technical skills, to enable flexibility in work assignments.

　　Automotive Repair Technicians/Mechanics:

　　Accurately perform maintenance and automotive repairs/diagnosis for engine repair, automatic/manual transmissions, suspension/ steering, brakes, ABS/traction control, electrical, and heating/AC.

　　Maintain in-depth knowledge of specialized skills, and continue to develop additional technical skills, to enable flexibility in work assignments.

　　What you need to succeed:

　　Automotive Repair Technicians: Ability to accurately repair vehicles using advanced automotive diagnostic equipment and provide technical guidance through previous experience as an Automotive Technician

　　Automotive Repair Technicians: Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications (or ability to obtain in 12 months - paid for by AAA) or car dealer certifications

　　Ability to lift up to a maximum of 75lbs and stand for prolonged periods of time.

　　Valid Driver's License.

　　The ability to complete satisfactory Pre-Employment Screenings (background check, drug screening, fitness for duty assessment) if offered the position.
