- Daily knowledge of used car inventory.

- Keep abreast of features, conditions, and warranty status of usedvehicle makes and models.

- Follow up on all sales leads from a variety of sources.

- Work with Sales Managers to ensure individual and department salesgoals are met.

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide productrecommendations.

- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions and closing sales

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis

- Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends

- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
