　　The role of the Customer Service Representative is to ensure that all cars on the lot are well-maintained, in excellent working condition and clean for effective merchandising to customers.Car UpkeepKeep all new and used vehicles looking sharp when customers arrive. This includes but is not limited to washing off and cleaning the exterior of vehicles and wiping down and cleaning out the interiors.Move vehicles into and out of the service garage, place materials into vehicles before they are placed on the car lot. This includes car manuals, sale tags, window tags, dealer placemats (Bosak).Report any and all car damage to a manager.Lot PresentationAssist in cleaning of the lot ensuing marketable conditions. In all-weather climates, the porter has the responsibility for snow removal and debris cleanup after snowstorms. Porters may also power wash the car lot and surrounding sidewalks periodically to pick up any dirt and grime.Responsible for periodically moving or rearranging vehicles for sales or for lot reorganization.Other DutiesAs assigned help run errands for car registration, supply pick-ups and car transportation.Perform other duties as assignedMaintain workstation/work area clean and clear of any and all garbage or clutter. Maintain all cleaning tools ensuring free of damage and stored properly.Make sure all deliveries are cleaned properly and efficiently so the car can be delivered on time.Attributes:
