Employees earn $19/hour and benefits for typical 40-hour work weeks during the training period (3 months).

　　Upon graduation, trainees are promoted to Installer status and can make an average salary plus benefits of $68,000 through performance-based commissions. With no cap on commissions, experienced installers can earn $110,000+ annually. 　　The role of the Trainee is responsible for:

　　Learning Eastman’s best practices for quality automotive window film and / or paint protection film installation from our experienced training team

　　Developing expertise in installation and leverage CORE software / pattern database to complete more jobs in less time without sacrificing quality

　　Required Education/Experience:

　　High School Diploma is desired

　　Ability to consult and collaborate with key stakeholders

　　Ability to learn quickly and adapt to customer needs

　　Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
