Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. - Take orders from patrons for food and beverages with a keen attention to detail. - Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, following established recipes and presentation standards. - Maintain an organized work station, including stocking appropriate glassware, utensils, and bar supplies. - Prepare and assemble rollups and bar prep items efficiently. - Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are upheld in the bar area. - Provide excellent customer service, attend to guest requests, and address any concerns or inquiries promptly. - Learn how to use the Clover POS System - Adhere to all alcohol service regulations and policies to ensure responsible beverage service. - Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth and efficient service. - Assist in closing duties, including cleaning and restocking the bar area. - Hand in order sheet and low stock sheet to kitchen and FOH manager. - Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe environment for guests and coworkers. Requirements: - Previous experience as a bartender and server preferred. - Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques. - Excellent customer service and communication skills. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. - Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness. - Basic math skills for handling transactions. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Must be of legal drinking age in the USVI. - Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy objects as needed.
