National General is seeking an Auto Field Adjuster in our Edmond, OK area with preference to the following locations: Edmond, Norman, or Moore, OK. The ideal candidate will have previous auto estimating experience in the field utilizing CCC.

　　This position is a hybrid role - while you will work from your own home, this position does require going out into the field handling MD/Auto claims.

　　Job Summary:

　　This role utilizes analytical skills to create a comprehensive estimate of damages for 1st and 3rd party material damage claims leading to the proper disposition.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Exhibits proficient estimating fundamentals in order to create estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses

　　Processes a deep understanding of the content of all policy types written by the company

　　Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities in the file within escalated authority limits

　　Applies thorough understanding of regulatory compliance and fair claims practices

　　Builds established relationships with both internal and external customers

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Education and Experience

　　Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience

　　2 or more years of related experience

　　Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

　　Ability to obtain and maintain adjuster licenses as requiredFunctional Skills

　　Possess knowledge of estimatics software (Mitchell/CCC/Audatex, etc.)

　　Strong interpersonal skills

　　Ability to operate electronic devices including computers, cameras and cell phones

　　Strong verbal and written communication skills

　　Effective skills in time management, organization, and the ability to work under pressure,

　　Ability to adhere to project deadlines and remain flexible in a changing environment

The base range offered for the role is: $54,000 - $74,000 and may vary based on internal equity, and job-related skills, knowledge and experience; among other factors. Other financial components may be added as part of the competitive compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
