Responsibilities

　　Actively participates in a variety of activities of the daily operation, by providing Tier 2 support with assistance as required

　　Participates in the execution of medium complexity internal tasks and duties based on SharePoint.

　　Participates in the execution of medium complexity developments following documented procedures.

　　Participates and observes interactions and troubleshooting with team members.

　　Collect requirements with users.

　　Power Apps creations

　　Power Automate flows creations

　　Basic Power BI reports creations

　　Work with RPA tools

　　Examples of activities:

　　SharePoint lists, libraries, sites, and workflows creation

　　SharePoint customer support

　　Basic Qualifications

　　Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience level in related field.

　　1-3 years’ experience in:

　　Microsoft SharePoint Online

　　Microsoft Power Platform

　　RPA Tools (Blue Prism, Robocorp, Power Automate Desktop)

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Knowledge of:

　　Power Apps

　　Power Automate

　　Power BI

　　Blue Prism

　　Robocorp

　　Powe Automate Desktop

　　Experience using MS Office, SharePoint and Teams
