　　Prepare first article, prototype and sample products from drawings or specimens submitted by customers and prospects. Fill small quantity production ordersWhat will you be doing?

　　Search the Teamwork system and design services files for existing cushions that are similar to any drawings or samples submitted. Design and draw layouts and patterns to meet customer specifications. Build and modify first articles, prototypes, and sample products. Prepare new and revised write-ups, including product tolerances, bill of materials, and fabricating procedures. Inspect approved prints. Design patterns for jig fabrication. Assign part numbers. Maintain the ability to perform all phases of product assembly and fabricating. Assist Production in understanding write-ups. Work effectively with minimum supervision. Follow all Rules and Regulations and Safety procedures. Treat all employees and customers with respect. Perform any additional duties assigned by the Scheduling and Design Services Supervisor.
