　　ESSENTIAL DUTIES Other duties may be assigned.

　　-Assists all customers in selecting required parts in a friendly,professional, and efficient manner,

　　provides high level of service to internal and external customers.

　　-Informs customers of companion part requirements and specials, ensuresthat the customer is

　　exposed to the full product line and follows up on back-ordered parts.

　　-Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.

　　-Receives payment from retail customers or obtains credit authorization,issues credit for parts returned.

　　-Ensures that all charge sales are signed by the customer/customersreceive their copy of the invoice.

　　-Keeps front and rear counter areas clean and uncluttered.

　　-Maintains professional appearance.

　　QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must beable to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

　　-Two (2) years parts sales experience.

　　-Basic computer knowledge with good communication skills.

　　-Must successfully complete pre-employment drug screening and drivingrecord investigation.

　　-Ability to speak effectively before customers or employees.

　　-Regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.

　　PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representativeof those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform theessential functions of this job.

　　-Occasionally required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach and handle tools.

　　-Occasionally requires the ability to lift 50 pounds.

　　-Frequently required to walk to all areas of the facility, both indoorsand outdoors.

　　-Frequently required to walk in or around environments where customersconduct their business.
