  The Aumni venture sales team engages with General Partners, CFOs, COOs, General Counsels, and investment teams ranging from the world's top venture capital firms to emerging managers to lead prospect evaluations and drive go-to-market success. Team members collaborate with product, delivery, marketing, business development, the executive team, and other lines of business at JP Morgan Chase to ensure that all of Aumni's resources are aligned to support the success of sales.

  About the Role:

  We are seeking an inbound Sales Development Rep to help Aumni keep growing in the venture & private market ecosystem. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing inbound interests across several teams at Aumni (including sales, channel, BD, and marketing) and other lines of business at JP Morgan Chase. As an inbound SDR, you will be engaging & routing inbound leads to best accommodate their qualifications as a prospect.

  Responsibilities:

  Manage inbound lead generation by engaging with prospects who reach out to Aumni directly through demo requests, marketing campaigns, & other forms of general interest

  Work with other teams (both inside Aumni & other JPM lines of business) to effectively route referrals to Aumni's sales team

  Collaborate with AE's to schedule prospect calls, meetings, and demos

  Work closely with Account Executives to assist in closing qualified opportunities, and ultimately achieve sales targets (aka execute effective strategies and see deals through to completion)

  Use & update Aumni's CRM to manage leads and sales activities

  In addition to routing & managing inbound lead generation, you also will be able to lead outreach campaigns to develop and execute prospecting that will help initiate relationships with potential Aumni customers. This outbound strategy involves designing innovative & unique approaches to build interest among the largest VCs in the world

  Qualifications:

  Proven success in a lead generation role

  Creative and ambitious mindset that likes to problem-solve

  Articulate, well-spoken, and a quick learner

  Deep intellectual curiosity and motivation to improve the state of private capital markets

  A background in financial, legal, or accounting services is a plus, more so if within the context of the venture capital industry

  Enjoy working in a fast-paced, demanding, and high-pressure environment

  Experience in using CRM systems & prospecting software (i.e. Salesforce, Outreach.io)

  Experience working in a B2B SaaS organization is preferred
