Robert Half is collaborating with a reputable financial organization. They are seeking a dynamic and professional Senior Auditor to join their Internal Audit team. This hybrid role offers up to $105k annually, plus bonus.

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct client interviews to identify operational risks and develop audit scope and work program.

Plan and execute audits to evaluate risk and control needs; maintain audit documentation, and draw logical conclusions from complex data.

Communicate audit results to management and recommend improvements for risk management practices.

Perform follow-up procedures to ensure the resolution and implementation of client action plans.

Review audit work papers to ensure that conclusions and recommendations are supported.

Contribute to annual risk assessments of technology, financial, and operational processes.

Assist in the creation of an annual audit plan and completion of annual fraud risk assessments.

Provide input on audit scheduling and assist leadership in gathering information for reporting to the Audit Committee.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.

3 to 6 years of related audit experience.

Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or related certification is preferred.

Advanced knowledge of Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) standards.

Advanced knowledge of internal control models, control analysis techniques, and financial institution operations.

Intermediate knowledge of GAAP and COSO framework.

Advanced proficiency with data query tools, relational databases, and office software (Microsoft Office Suite and Pentana Audit).
