　　The Audit Response Specialist is a primary member of the client audit response group and has the responsibility of managing and responding to client audits related to Mr. Coopers sub-serviced mortgage portfolio. The Audit Response Specialist will coordinate with internal business partners, and interact with external client auditors to ensure proper responses, documentation and operational requests are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner.

　　ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

　　Review audit inquiries and findings from client auditors.Manage and create audit responses with the guidance and direction from internal line of business process owners.Perform quality control reviews on audit responses and control documentation, including the validation of any test findings.Research, document and communicate potential audit findings to business process owners.Interact and communicate with peers and all levels of company management.Thorough knowledge of mortgage servicing practices to enable the development of effective audit test responses and analysis.Host and drive internal and external audit conference calls.```{=html}

　　KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

　　Bachelor's degree preferred.Minimum of 2 - 5 years related work experience required.Stellar verbal and written communication, targeted toward the audience.Demonstrated ability to craft written correspondence that convey a professional and concise message, required.Familiarity with servicing compliance / regulatory / investor requirements highly preferred.Experience within iAssist, LSAMS, and/or FileNet required.Ability to manipulate data to create specific reports if needed in MS Excel preferred.Mr. Cooper Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
