Overview

　　HART Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Audio Visual / Teleconferencing Technician to provide Video teleconferencing and meeting support in support of DoD Projects and Program Offices, in Dahlgren, VA.

　　Join our highly-integrated, mission-focused team for this unique opportunity. Contribute to the critical infrastructure for project and workflow management, enabling rapid development of tactical systems that directly support the warfighter.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Support physical room setup before and after meetings/conferences (e.g. rearrange furniture, setup white boards, etc..).

　　Provide real time audio/visual support for meetings/conferences.

　　Provide access to conference rooms during meetings.

　　Provide user assistance for Video Teleconferencing (VTC) and Microsoft Teams like meeting/events.

　　Provide presentation support as requested by meeting organizers.

　　Ensure audio/visual equipment is shutdown properly in conference rooms after meetings/conferences.

　　Work with audio/visual vendor under the maintenance contract to address any technical challenges ongoing with the audio/visual equipment.

　　Obtain a DISA Global Video Service (GVS) user/facilitator account and keep it in good standing.

　　Establish and maintain GVS meetings/conferences in required meeting spaces.

　　Assist with scheduling meetings and events, including VTC events.

　　Make recommendations and assist with improving the conference room experience and technology supporting the conference rooms.

　　Required:

　　3+ years of professional experience

　　Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

　　US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance

　　Experience providing meeting administration, documenting minutes and coordinating with stakeholders in a multi-disciplinary development team.

　　Desired Skillsets:

　　Troubleshooting audio/visual systems and equipment (control panels, projectors, microphones, speakers, displays, etc..)

　　Familiarity with the DISA Global Video Service (GVS) solution

　　Prior experience with Microsoft Teams or similar teleconferencing toolsets

　　Work in a professional environment with Senior Leadership and Sponsors

　　Active DOD Security Clearance
