Description

　　Robert Half Legal has partnered with a high volume plaintiff firm on an Associate Attorney position for their large loss and subrogation team. This firm works on cases on a contingency basis and has offices in San Diego and Dallas. An ideal candidate would have experience in insurance defense or plaintiff litigation. You must be able to balance a large caseload and be confident in your writing responsibilities. The role can be 100% remote and the more states you are barred in the better. Responsibilities include:

　　Heavy legal research

　　Draft demand letters

　　Motion drafting and discovery related assignments

　　Potential to attend hearings in your respective State

　　Manage and monitor files and caseload effectively

　　Requirements

　　At least a few years of experience as an attorney

　　Experience with case management software (Time Matters preferred)

　　Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited law school

　　Licensed to practice

　　Outstanding communication and active listening skills

　　Excellent analytical ability

　　Attention to detail

　　Ability to work independently

　　Strong research and writing skills
