Description

We are in search of a Litigation Attorney for a prominent law firm in the Southfield area.

Responsibilities:

• Execute comprehensive legal research independently

• Create and review pleadings, motions, and briefs

• Handle matters related to creditors' rights

• Address bankruptcy cases and related issues

• Ensure all legal documents are drafted with accuracy and precision

• Manage and maintain all legal files and documents

• Respond to legal inquiries promptly and professionally

• Collaborate with the team to share knowledge and insights

• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations

• Uphold the highest standards of legal ethics and conduct

Requirements • Must hold a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school

• Must be admitted to the state bar

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing lawyer

• Proven expertise in Commercial Litigation

• Demonstrated proficiency in Legal Research

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• High level of detail orientation and integrity

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
