Our client is a very respected law firm specializing in landlord-tenant law, committed to providing top-notch legal services to both landlords and tenants. Our team values collaboration, integrity, and a client-centric approach. We are currently seeking attorneys with 1 to 15 years of experience in landlord-tenant law to join our growing practice.

Role 1: 2 Associate Attorneys

Location: Rockville Centre, NY (Long Island)

Schedule: On site

Salary: $100K-$250K (Wide range DOE) (1 years' experience at 100K, 10-15 years at 250K)

Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice to clients on landlord-tenant issues, including lease agreements, evictions, and tenant rights.

Go to housing court 4 or 5 times a week every morning in 1 of the 5 boroughs.

Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.

Draft and review legal documents, including leases, eviction notices, and settlement agreements.

Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Assist in educating clients about their rights and responsibilities under landlord-tenant law.

Requirements

Requirements:

Experience as an admitted attorney is required, and no landlord tenant experience is required, but landlord-tenant experience is PREFFERED

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Active state bar license in New York.

Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.

Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to client service
