　　Your Role and Responsibilities

　　We are looking for an Attorney/Lawyer to join the IBM Legal Department. This position offers an opportunity to well-suited candidates to join IBM as a General Lawyer. You must be skilled and qualified to practice commercial and contracts law in Israel. The Attorney will provide overall corporate and commercial agreement advice. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience with complex contractual agreements and an exceptional track record of successfully advising companies in general corporate and transactional work.

　　The primary responsibility of this role will be providing legal advice regarding different activities relating to IBM's day-to-day business, mainly in Israel.

　　Required Technical and Professional Expertise

　　Minimum 5 years experience at a top law firm in a strong corporate practice group and/or significant in-house general corporate and transactional experience.

　　Strong business sense and proven track record in successfully negotiating complex commercial agreements.

　　Preference for candidates with experience advising multi-national corporations.

　　Excellent written and interpersonal skills and ability to interact with executives, internal staff, and external partners.

　　Solid verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.

　　Dedicated, high integrity professional.
