Description

　　Robert Half Legal is hiring for multiple Litigation Associate Attorney openings. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of experience as a practicing attorney in a litigation group at a law firm. The candidate should be licensed to practice law in Minnesota. Current openings are in Downtown Minneapolis and South Metro. Opportunities are available in Business, Complex Litigation, Employment, and Construction Law. Annual billable hour targets range from 1700 to 1800.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and arbitrations.

　　Conduct research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.

　　Manage discovery, including document production, and actively participate depositions.

　　Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution processes.

　　Conduct investigations

　　Correspond with clients, courts, expert witnesses, opposing counsel, etc.

　　Conduct legal research and draft a wide range of legal documents

　　Additional projects as assigned

　　Requirements

　　Preferred Qualifications include:

　　Additional Bar License in Wisconsin, North Dakota, Iowa, or South Dakota beneficial

　　Preferred candidates will have taken and defended depositions

　　Preferred candidates will have Federal or Appellate Clerkship
