The ATM Debit Card Manager is responsible for the oversight, coordination and management of the ATM Debit Card Operations department. This department has oversight for the fleet of automated teller machines (ATMs) across the organization and supports management of debit card processing. The ATM Debit Card Manager is responsible for managing the various key vendor relationships related to the ongoing servicing of the ATM fleet and debit card processing. The manager is charged with developing and executing strategies that deliver efficient operational processes and limit operational risks. The ideal candidate also possesses impeccable customer service skills, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain poise under pressure.
The ATM Debit Card Manager is accountable for leading the ATM Debit Card team and managing all activities in which the team is engaged.
Weekly Scheduled Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CT
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervises subordinate staff including hiring recommendations; determining workload and delegating assignments; training, monitoring and evaluating performance; and initiating coaching, corrective and disciplinary actions to include terminations.
Plans and schedules activities and coordinates those activities with other functional areas; coordinates the activities of compliance, marketing, operations, production, and other staff support personnel.
Develops, reviews, and recommends overall operational systems and procedures relating to ATM and Debit Card management activities.
Manages key vendor relationships related to ATMs and Debit Cards.
Plays a key role in driving major projects related to ATM and Debit Cards which includes ATM hardware replacement and software upgrades.
Establishes and refines processes as necessary to promote optimum efficiency and ensure desired production standards are achieved.
Establishes and maintains a work environment that is motivational and participative; promotes an environment that supports diversity and Firstpower culture
Exercises a wide range of decision-making control when presented with multi-faceted factors; identifies, resolves and escalates problems in collaboration with stakeholders.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
Strong analytical skills
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary service
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given
Excellent organizational and customer service skills
High School diploma required; college degree preferred or equivalent experience/working knowledge of banking/operations
Physical Requirements:
Basic keyboarding or other repetitive motions
Lifting/pushing objects
Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with or without the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standard, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
